Dr. Wolfgang Weidner graduated in business administration in 1987 and completed his doctoral thesis “Computergestütztes Gebrauchtwagen-Marketing – Konsumentenseitige Anforderungen“ (Computerized used-car marketing – demands on the consumer’s side) in 1985. Also, his title “Die Marke in der Stahlindustrie“ (The brand name in the steel industry) was published in Harvard Business Manager in issue no. 5 of the year 2002. From 1987 to 2007, he acquired professional experiences as a non-managerial employee and, from 2008 onwards, as an independent business- and personnel consultant. Thanks to thirty years of work experience in German internationally active companies like Babcock, Volkswagen, Audi, Usinor, Arcelor and ArcelorMittal, he gained practical experiences from everyday business situations with a particular focus on project management, marketing and sales, staff management, organizational restructuring, intercultural management, leadership and strategic development.


At 3 D leaders, his main priority lies in detecting and developing leadership potential. Here, he mainly focuses on executives in top and senior management and is dedicated to consulting firms and organizations that wish to fill positions on exactly these managerial levels. In addition, Dr. Weidner is an advisory board member for a number of middle-sized companies and also founder and head of “Leaders of Influence”, a program supporting the development of young high potentials.

In 2004, Lisa Binder completed her training as an industrial clerk and, shortly after, she started studying business economy, which she successfully graduated from in 2008. She has many years of experience as a project manager in the automotive area (BMW, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Renault, Honda) and in the field of mineral oil (Agip), and in the planning and implementation of visual communication and corporate identity in national and international settings. For more than eight years, she was responsible for the technical and disciplinary team management for outdoor and illuminated advertisement, where she gained experience in the fields of conflict management, process analysis and process optimization. Conducting workshops with external business associates and moderating cross-department meetings also lay within the scope of her activities. Lisa Binder’s leadership qualities are complemented by her technical know-how in out-of-home advertisement and in the manufacturing industry.


At 3 D Leaders, her main focus lies in finding suitable employees (Executive Search to fill vacant positions in top and senior management), but also in the execution of Development Centers, in leadership training and career planning. Lisa Binder is a member of “Leaders of Influence”, a program that supports the development of young high potentials.

Johann Kornelsen studied business administration with special emphasis on personnel management (diploma) and strategic company management (master’s degree). For the past ten years the focus of his professional activity has been on the systemic relation between the successful acquisition and development of specialists and executives and the organizational development. In addition to working in the area of strategic development of higher education at a private college (FHDW NRW), he established the MIFO Wagner Ltd., a consulting firm in which he recruited personnel for middle-sized companies and large corporations and assisted with their further development. On this occasion Johann Kornelsen developed effective recruitment concepts for industries, which are suffering from a lack of specialists, such as the IT industry. While he was still in his master’s studies, he took over the management of MIFO Wagner Ltd.


Since 2015, Johann Kornelsen works as a partner and consultant for 3 D Leaders. He also teaches at the College for trade and industry (FHDW) and the Technical University of Middle Hesse, in such fields as human resource management, business ethics and management. As an external researcher, he explores how companies can successfully develop through holistic personnel policy and personnel measures. The results lead to well-founded theoretic approaches for the use in practice, which benefit the organizations and executives. Advisory board activities and lecturing activities complement his profile.

The native Dutchman Vincent Zeylman van Emmichoven started his professional career at Yves Rocher in Austria, as head of department in materials management. He continued his career as head of the supply chain management department at Jafra Cosmetics in Munich, a subsidiary of Gillette, before he became the managing director at Jafra Cosmetics in the Netherlands and at the BUTTING academy in Knesebeck, Germany. In addition, Vincent Zeylmans made his mark as an independent career coach and outplacement consultant. As an executive trainer he carried out active leadership development measures, mainly focusing on the health care sector. Futhermore, he moderated strategy workshops that concentrated on medium-sized enterprises. On a regular basis, he gives lectures on career coaching and job hunting to MBA graduates at the Management Center in Innsbruck and at the Mannheim Business School.


Vincent Zeylmans’ previous publications include the titles “Mein neuer Job” (My new job) available in the 4th edition (first release in 2008) and “Ihr Traumjob im verdeckten Arbeitsmarkt” (Your dream job in the hidden job market), which is available in the 2nd edition (first release in 2012). He also published an article with the title “Der verdeckte Arbeitsmarkt” (The hidden job market) in the magazine FOCUS. On a bimonthly basis, his regular column is issued in the Saturday edition of the newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung under the section for profession and career.

In 2001, Matt Jin completed his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in Berlin, with a focus on International Technology Transfer Management. After graduating, he started his career as a marketing researcher and consultant in Shanghai. There, he worked for numerous multinational enterprises as well as domestic companies from various industries including Automotive, Machinery, Medical Equipment, Construction Equipment, IT, Household Appliances, FMCG etc. Since 2011, he has been based in Germany and has been providing Business Consulting services to German and Chinese enterprises to find partners with whom they can enter new markets or transfer technologies.


Because of his experience both in Asian and European markets Matt is aware of requirements imposed on qualified specialists and executives in both regions. Over the years he has developed a profound understanding of cultural and organizational differences, has learnt how to make the most of it and how to assist and support various forms of cooperation. In the current globalized world these are very valuable skills.

Alexandra Michal studied to become a teacher for elementary schools. Afterwards, she worked for several years as a certified pedagogue at home and abroad. While in employment, she completed a Master’s and then Doctoral program in order to specialize in educational psychology and educational sociology. Since 2004 she has been working as an independent business trainer, development consultant, and as a coach for national and international profit and non-profit organizations from several sectors, such as industry, service, health care, energy and real estate. She was responsible for establishing human resource development, including standardized recruiting processes, for a hospital of a religious order. In human resource consulting, her main focus lies in the executive search, in determining potential and performing management audits. Alexandra Michal also is an active lecturer at the Entrepreneurial School in Innsbruck, Germany (Management Center Innsbruck) and a professor at the University of Education Upper Austria (Pädagogische Hochschule Oberösterreich).

Izabela Jabłonowska graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH, Poland) and the University of Mannheim (UMA, Germany) in banking and finance. She started her professional career in the financial services industry (several banks and M&A) and in the automotive sector (Daimler AG). In 2005 she graduated from an international MBA program at the SIMT in Stuttgart and the EM Lyon Business School in France. After that she switched to consultancy. For a period of over ten years, she worked for Accenture in the field of management consultancy. She was responsible for many strategy and implementation projects in which her priority lied in the redesign and optimization of the organization and processes within banks, but also in the analysis and realization of new regulatory standards and risk management. As the project manager, she understood the importance of the composition of a team, of a joint motivation and of the development of employees to be guarantees for success. Consulting made her realize that employees are the heart of every company. In this way, she became very active in recruiting and as a mentor in the development of young talents. Among other things, she helped in building an internal competence centre for Accenture in Warsaw. It has always been a wish of hers to take part in the development of her home region. In 2015 she, therefore, started her own business, which offers back-office services and shared services to German companies.


At 3 D Leaders, Izabela Jabłonowska contributes with her professional experience from an international setting and with technical know-how from several industries, such as finances, consultancy, IT and automotive. In addition, she knows the requirements executives and specialists have to meet in German-speaking regions. Developing others is her main concern. Thus, she mainly focuses on coaching and consulting junior managers.

Oliver Panier started his career as an investment banker in a reputable Swiss bank. Because of his passion for people and their vocation, together with three partners, he founded a consultancy and executive search company in 1997 in Zurich. In this firm, he was responsible for the area of banks and financial services. In 2002 he started his own coaching business, and over a period of three years he individually coached about 150 executives in matters of professional reorientation. Three years later, he merged with vita perspektiv ag. Since then, he has been the head of human resources with a focus on recruiting, executive search, outplacement, new placement und vocational coaching.


When consulting his clients, Oliver Panier falls back on his know-How of twenty years of professional experience. In addition to that, he situationally applies various validated personality, competence, and recruitment tools. He was granted the official Swiss permit to procure work for specialists and executives from all industries and professions.

János Rátkay graduated from the Technical University of Budapest in 1994 with a Master’s degree in Telecommunication, and later in 2000 he received an MBA diploma. For eight years, he worked as a business consultant for one of the five biggest consulting firms in Hungary and, thus, travelled to Central and Eastern Europe extensively. Afterwards, he was employed at mid-management level at Hungarian airline companies for two years, and eventually returned back to consultancy. Within the last ten years as a senior consultant, he gained versatile experience in management consulting, project management, business process management, business development and general management. He developed very good communication, interpersonal and managerial skills, which were complemented by a wide range of competencies in change and people management. Since 2012, he has been working as a trainer, coach and OD consultant and has been able to support leadership and organization development programs for SME companies.


In addition, János Rátkay is the head of “Leaders of Influence” in Hungary, a mentoring program supporting the development of young high potentials.

In 2016, he joined the 3 D Leaders team as an international partner for Hungary.
